To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlutFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

In no event shall GlutFit's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to GlutFit in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You are solely responsible for all content and information that you transmit or receive through the App and the Service.

GlutFit does not monitor, verify, or endorse any user-generated content. You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for your interactions with other users.

The App and the Service may contain links to third party websites or services. GlutFit is not responsible for the content or policies of these third party sites or services, and you access them at your own risk.

The App and the Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. GlutFit does not warrant that the functions or content contained in the App.

GlutFit makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content available through the Service.

Your use of the App and Service is at your sole risk. GlutFit does not guarantee any specific results from using the Service.

These Terms shall remain in effect until terminated by you or GlutFit. GlutFit may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any of no reason, suspend or terminate these Terms with or without prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through the account settings in the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
